Senior Account Manager

to join our Key Account Management division. You will be responsible for cultivating, managing, and expanding client relationships across corporate and investment banking, insurance, investment management, and supply chain sectors, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.In this senior role, you will report to the EMEA Team Lead – Key Account Management, based in London, and collaborate virtually with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with the experience and confidence to represent the organization in high-level client engagements and manage a portfolio of key accounts, including financial institutions and multinational corporations.Your ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of global clients, including banks, insurers, asset managers, and multinational corporationsDeveloping and executing client strategies and regional engagement plans, ideally with exposure to North American and/or Asian marketsDriving growth through strategic upselling of RepRisk solutions, aligned with the client journeyStrengthening RepRisk’s position as a trusted ESG partner by delivering platform guidance and high-quality serviceLeading contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring service-level excellence, and managing escalationsHandling a range of operational and administrative tasks across the client lifecycleYou offerOver 7 years of relevant managerial and client-facing experience in financial markets, asset management, or within a corporate environment working with financial institutions, with a proven track record in sales and contract negotiationsBachelor''s degree or higher, preferably in a relevant fieldStrong skills in client engagement, collaboration, and relationship-building at all organizational levelsIn-depth understanding of business, financial, and technical concepts, with the ability to apply industry knowledge effectively and stay informed on market trendsSolid technical acumen, enabling effective communication with financial professionals, IT, and Product teamsFluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantageExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely to clientsHighly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plusAdditional informationPlease note that we will only consider candidates with a valid work permit.Seniority level
