The Senior Account Manager Role

Own and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients across the North WestLead, mentor, and support both full-time and casual teamsEnsure smooth delivery of complex, multi-day events with logistical finesseBuild strong client relationships through attentive, solution-driven serviceOversee recruitment, team development, and succession planningManage sales forecasting, operations, budgets, and service innovationBe a hands-on leader, thriving under pressure with creative problem-solvingWhat You''ll Need
