Make is a growing digital agency in the heart of East London. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a new Senior Account Manager to join our Marketing team.You will be joining a passionate team, working across a client portfolio containing clients of all shapes, sizes and challenges, to deliver successful digital marketing on a retained monthly basis.We are looking for an individual who loves their industry and has a strong consultative skill set. As a Senior Account Manager, you will have a marketing agency background where you shine at managing relationships and delivery, whilst consulting with your clients and driving their brand in the right direction to achieve their business goals.You have a solid overview of paid and owned media, creative strategy, CRM and content and the know-how to brief the account management team to get the best quality and delivery to delight your clients.Key Requirements:

Proven experience within a digital marketing agencyHolistic understanding of digital marketing (owned, earned, paid)Experience in working with leaner marketing budgetsComfortable offering strategic advice and consultancy to clientsThe ability to interpret data and draw actionable insightsCampaign management and deliveryYou’ll be expected to draw on your knowledge of trends, developments and new technologyKey attributes and responsibilities:

Ability to build and drive strategic account plans, based on insightA deep understanding of your client’s business, sector and competitorsDrive innovation on your accountsSelecting and agreeing the right KPIs to measure successDetail oriented and process drivenStrong time and project management skillsCommercial mindset – ensuring efficiency, profitability, securing account growth opportunitiesOwning and nurturing client relationships up to senior levelDriving how we surprise and delight your clientsThe ability to successfully problem solve, to get work over the line and hit deadlinesAnticipate and solve emerging account problems or challengesThe ability to delegate work within the teamEnsure accurate reporting across your accounts, to prove the value that we bring to our clientsClear, persuasive communication and presentation skillsContribute to new business efforts, through research and pitchingYou’ll be totally on the ball, someone who gets things doneYou’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and assist in deliveryBenefits:
