Develop strong relationships with existing customers, monitoring their purchases to identify upselling opportunities.Engage with customers at conferences and product demonstrations to strengthen relationships.Collaborate with the Client Services team to increase renewal rates through the client lifecycle.Create and implement sales plans for products and territories to meet targets.Lead the creation of proposals and sales pitches for new products.Manage projects to increase sales yield and revenue.Support product development by providing client feedback and ideas.Keep CRM updated to reflect sales activities accurately.Ensure contracts are signed and orders processed in compliance with GDPR.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Mentor new team members and share expertise.Uphold company values of Collaboration, Excellence, Respect, Agility, and Humility.Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

3+ years of B2B Account Management experience with a defined sales methodology.Experience in subscription sales within a news/data business.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Knowledge of account-based marketing and targeted campaigns.Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales and negotiations.Organized, detail-oriented, with forecasting and reporting skills.Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.Sales-driven, team-oriented, and collaborative.Strong negotiation and professional communication skills.Self-motivated with resilience and a track record of achieving targets.International outlook and organizational values role modeling.Knowledge of the legal sector or professional services is a plus.Benefits
