We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Client Account Manager to join a fast-growing marketing technology company that’s transforming how brands connect with consumers. This team helps global brands engage high-intent audiences and convert trial into measurable sales.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and driving revenue. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value clients, focusing on retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies. You’ll be the face of the commercial relationship, supported by expert delivery teams who handle campaign execution.Responsibilities
Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of high-value clientsDrive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-market expansionBuild strong stakeholder relationships and secure referrals across client networksPrepare and present proposals for renewals and expansionsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to maximise account valueMaintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline in CRMLead post-campaign reviews, focusing on ROI and future opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign successStay informed on client sector trends and proactively suggest new ideasCreate and maintain account development plansWhat We’re Looking For
