Senior Account ManagerWorthing, West Sussex – HybridFull time/Permanent£26,250 per year plus £5,000 annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)About the roleOur Senior Account Managers manage our client accounts. They help us build productive and profitable relationships with our corporate clients, assisting with incoming employee and client enquiries to maintain client and employee satisfaction. Senior Account Managers actively identify opportunities for account growth and to expand the client’s engagement by introducing additional products or services that align with their needs.What we can offer you in return*A competitive salary of up to £30,975 per yearA £2,000 pro rata performance-based bonus, paid annuallyFour free Health Assessments per year, which can be used by yourself, family or friendsA further 50% off any additional testing23 days annual leave, rising to 25 days after 1 year, and rising an extra day each year up to 28 days – plus bank holidays on top!Sophos@Home protectionEAP SchemeEnhanced family leaveLife InsuranceEmployee referral bonus scheme of up to £1,000Matched company pension (up to 5% or up to capped amount)Cycle to Work SchemeEmployee Charity Sponsorship SchemeDiscounted Gym MembershipHome office allowance – yearly allowance of £130 to make working from home more comfortable!*After qualifying period and subject to terms and conditions and/or eligibility.Regularly speak to clients by email, phone, Microsoft Teams and face to face to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the wider product range.Gain a good understanding of each allocated client account, identifying their needs, aspirations and challenges.Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and drive business growth.Provide regular reporting for each account to understand the activity for clients and their employees.Create MI Reports to clients (where applicable) to see an overview of their employees’ health and wellbeing.Setting up and attending client roadshows and webinars to increase employee engagement, take up and health education.Manage the renewal process for client contracts.Implement Account Based Marketing for each of your portfolio of clients.Ensure client invoices are paid on time.Working Hours.Monday to FridayEither 8-4pm or 9-5pmTwo days per week in the Head OfficeRequirements

Key SkillsExcellent sales/persuasion, objection handling and negotiation skillsMaintaining and retaining ongoing business and building strong relationships with clients.Strong organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient in use of Microsoft Office toolsPersonal integrity and pride in workHigh levels of attention to detailFull driving licenceOther information
