Senior Account Manager

If you''re an experienced agency Account Manager who gets genuinely excited by brands, this could be a great next move. We''re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join an established creative/branding agency in Bristol to take ownership of some of its most exciting client projects. You''ll work with recognisable household-name brands, senior client stakeholders and talented strategy and creative teams to make brilliant work happen. A background in a branding agency would be ideal. What you''ll be doingAs Senior Account Manager, you''ll take ownership of key client accounts and high-value projects from initial brief through to delivery. You''ll build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted point of contact for your clients. You''ll turn client challenges into clear briefs, manage budgets, timings and resources, and keep projects moving. You''ll work closely with strategy and creative teams to make sure the final work delivers against the brief and exceeds expectations. There''s also a commercial element to the role. You''ll spot opportunities to grow existing accounts, identify new projects and contribute to the continued growth of the agency. You''ll also have the opportunity to support less experienced members of the Client Services team, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop.
