Senior Account Executive / Director - Commercial Salary: Circa £75,000 Location: Buckinghamshire We are seeking an experienced commercial insurance professional to drive new business growth while managing and developing an established client portfolio. This is a strategic, client-facing role combining business development, relationship management, and market expertise. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored insurance solutions, leading renewals, and identifying opportunities to add value and secure long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and win new commercial insurance business.Manage and retain a portfolio of clients through consultative service.Lead renewal negotiations and secure competitive market terms.Maintain strong insurer relationships and market insight.Ensure full compliance with FCA and regulatory requirements.Support and mentor junior team members. Requirements Proven commercial insurance Account Executive experience.Strong track record in new business generation.Solid knowledge of insurance markets and underwriting.Experience managing client portfolios and renewals.CII / ACII qualified (or working towards).CRM and insurance system proficiency (Acturis desirable).
