ResponsibilitiesClient Management

Ensures refreshments, tech and meeting prep is completed, supporting teamShares client and competitor documents in a timely manner

Media and Influencer RelationsPrepares and keeps up to date accurate, relevant media distribution listsBuilds media and influencer relationships across consumer lifestyle, mainstream and specialist outlets relevant to client baseDevelops high quality media releases, pitches and materials, including research, writing, editing, collating and distributing through relevant social media channelsPitches to media via email and phone, and follow up media enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Digital and SocialMonitors and reports on client, industry and competitor social media activityDevelops content calendars with Account ManagersDevelops, posts, monitors and reports on social media content as directed

Event ManagementAssists with event management including research, venue, catering, talent selection and management

Planning and StrategyLiaise and attend meetings with clients, media, prospective clients and internal teams (Red Havas and the broader HKX Village), supporting with admin as and when required

New BusinessAssists with research for new biz pitches, supporting senior team members
