We are building a smart and ambitious Sales Team committed to our mission and focused on winning. We are in search of a motivated seller that can drive volume and manage a tight process to deliver high velocity sales. We provide fantastic training, qualified prospect lists, ongoing managerial support, and a highly attractive product that is THE leader in its field.Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a detailed sales plan for your territory and achieve or exceed sales quotaGenerate new revenue by selling Green Street’s industry leading products with a focus on our retail data and analytics solutionsPrioritize outbound prospecting to generate pipeline. Engaging prospects proactively via outreach on a daily basisNavigate an organization to connect with decision makers at the C-Level and build champions for our solutionUncover desired business goals and pain points with prospects, and map back to Green Street SolutionsAs a trusted advisor, position the value of Green Street’s products to prospects by articulating how our solutions meet their needs, improves business outcomes, and address the gaps of alternative solutionsUnderstand the value of Green Street’s products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and sell Green Street’s benefits in a compelling mannerManage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast and track activities within Green Street’s CRM applicationWork with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring new customersCollaborate closely with colleagues across functions and business units to ensure cross-fertilization of ideas, best practices, and trainingCandidate Profile
5+ years of successful full cycle sales experience within SaaS software, financial services, information services, commercial real estate or other technology-based companies. Business-to-business and subscription-oriented environments preferredTrack record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas while closing new businessBachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experienceA strong understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to clients’ needsCommercial Real Estate experience helpful, but not requiredExperience and a network within the retail real estate space is a plusThis role is hybrid, requiring employees to come into the London office 3 days a weekCompensation, Benefits and Work Authorization
In addition to a basic salary, this position is eligible for commission and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
