Senior Account Director

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Account Director in Oxfordshire, to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their wide portfolio of clients.
They are looking for a Senior Account Director to collaborate closely with the Directors, own the relationships of some of the largest clients and act as a liaison between the clients and the contact centre operation.
The salary for the role is up to circa -75,000.

- Salary: Up to Circa -75,000 per annum + Performance related Bonus
- Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Account Director:
- Act as the key point of contact between the clients and the contact centre
- Expand and optimise existing client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities through acquiring new accounts
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Managing account financials including accurate budget creation, allocation, and control
- Translate client business goals into actionable marketing and communication plans whilst identifying growth opportunities
Required Key Skills and Experience of a Senior Account Director:
- Senior Account Manager, Client Services Lead or Senior Operations Manager with client responsibility background
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Proven history of managing large high value accounts
- Previous success in winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Ability to deliver strategic campaigns that drive measurable results
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
