Senior AC Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours Working hours Between the hours of 7am to 7pm (Door to Door pay) On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only. Salary - £48,812/Yr. Location Surrey and Berkshire areas Extra Overtime available after 45 hours You ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site. Providing technical support to the mobile field team - both remotely and on site when required Monitoring A/C systems Providing regular client updates Auditing and delivering PPMs and compliance to industry standard Actively developing the skillsets and knowledge of our multi-skilled engineers Taking ownership of air conditioning work orders within your region Requirements Full UK License 6 points max.
