Rate: -5060 per hour, dependent on experience. Duration: 12 month contract Key Responsibilities Design, develop and modify ABB 800xA control system applications. Develop and maintain control strategies using Function Designer and Structured Text. Configure and support AC800M controllers. Perform database engineering and bulk configuration using Bulk Data Manager. Support control system upgrades, migrations and system enhancements. Produce and review functional design specifications and technical documentation. Carry out Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and commissioning activities where required. Diagnose and resolve software, hardware and communications issues. Work collaboratively with project managers, process engineers and commissioning teams to deliver project milestones.
