This is not a standard "reactive" 3rd line role; while you will handle deep-level escalations, your primary focus is proactive infrastructure health and the delivery of technical projects. You will work closely with the Team Lead to ensure our clients'' infrastructure is aligned with best practices and modern standards.This is a hands-on role where you will design and implement a range of IT change projects for clients in your region.
