SENDCO Vision for Education are working in partnership with a high-performing, three-form entry primary school in Cambrdge, who are seeking an experienced and committed SENDCo to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SEND specialist to take on a key leadership role within a welcoming, well-resourced and community-focused school. This part-time has flexiablity around working days. About the Role Lead and manage SEND provision across the school, including NurseryOversee the day-to-day coordination of SEN supportand provisionWork closely with SLT to drive inclusive practice and school improvementManage and review EHCPs, SEN Support Plans and interventionsLiaise with parents, staff and external agencies to ensure the best outcomesSupport and guide teaching staff in delivering high-quality inclusive teachingPlay a key role in developing SEND strategy and provision across the school What We re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)National SENCo Award(or working towards)Strong experience supporting children with a range ofSEND needsSolid understanding of the SEND Code of PracticeExperience managing EHCPs and working with external agenciesStrong leadership, organisation, and communication skillsA proactive, child-centred and collaborative approach About the School Thriving two-form entry primary school with nursery provisionStrong community ethos with supportive parents and staffRated ''Good'' by Ofsted with outstanding behaviour ..... full job details .....
