      <description>Location: Blackpool | Salary: &amp;pound;250 - &amp;pound;350/day | Type: Contract | Spencer Clarke Group are currently working in partnership with a secondary school based on the Fylde Coast who are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join their team.  This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic SEN professional to take a key role in supporting students with additional needs and helping to ensure that every young person receives the appropriate support to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.  As SENCO, you will play a central role in leading and developing the school''s SEND provision. You will work closely with teaching staff, school leaders, parents/carers and external agencies to ensure that pupils'' individual needs are identified and effectively supported.  Your responsibilities will include:   Leading and coordinating the school''s SEND provision.  Supporting the identification and assessment of students with additional needs.
