The role As SENDCO, you will lead and develop the school''s provision for pupils with SEND, working closely with pupils, families, teachers, support staff, external professionals and the wider leadership team. You will: Lead and coordinate the school''s SEND provision in line with statutory requirements and best practice. Work closely with teachers to ensure high-quality, inclusive teaching and appropriate support for pupils with SEND. Oversee the identification, assessment and monitoring of pupils'' additional needs.
