This presents an excellent opportunity for experienced SEND professionals who may be considering their next role for the new year.Working closely with school leaders, SEND teams, teaching staff, and external agencies, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) receive exceptional support and achieve positive outcomes.The Role As SENDCo Lead, you will: Provide SENDCo leadership and support across Trust schools as required.Lead and coordinate SEND provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice.Oversee the identification, assessment, and monitoring of students with SEND.Manage EHCP processes, annual reviews, and statutory requirements.Work collaboratively with senior leadership teams, teaching staff, parents, and external agencies.Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to support student progress.Monitor SEND outcomes and use data to drive improvement.Support and develop SEND support staff and Teaching ..... full job details .....
