With over 220 nurseries, we are now looking to fill the following role due to rapid expansion. We are looking for a highly dedicated individual who is looking for the opportunity to be our SENDCO Lead based at Kids Planet Heaton Mersey This role would suit a highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic and creative person. A natural leader that possesses excellent time management and people skills. Our nursery is a lively setting with lots of creativity and has a team who are dedicated to the care of children. This is the opportunity to develop a new role, caring for and supporting children with Special Educational Needs to develop and reach their full potential. Liaising with external agencies and professionals. Leading meetings and completing and implementing paperwork to high standard. Providing targeted support time to children requiring additional assistance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
