The Role:

• Oversee SEND strategy and provision
• Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Ensure high-quality support for all learners as the school SENDCo 
• Lead training and development for staff on SEND best practice

What We’re Looking For: 

• QTS and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete)
• Experience working as a SENDCo in UK schools
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
