Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Wellingborough that is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher and SENDCO to join their team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher who wants to maintain a strong classroom presence while also taking responsibility for coordinating SEND provision across the school. The successful candidate will spend 50% of their time teaching and 50% working as the school''s SENDCO, providing an excellent balance between classroom practice and SEND leadership. What You''ll Be DoingAs Class Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. Create a positive and supportive classroom environment where children feel confident to learn. Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to support individual learning needs. Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a purposeful learning environment. Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other school staff to maximise pupil progress.
