This rewarding role involves delivering personalised learning programmes that help pupils re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learner needs. Support pupils at Key Stage 4 in one-to-one and small-group settings. Work with learners who may have SEND, autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, anxiety, school avoidance, or medical conditions. Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches to maximise engagement and achievement. Liaise effectively with families, schools, local authorities, and other professionals.
