These settings are committed to providing tailored education programmes for pupils who may be out of mainstream education, need additional support, or require a more personalised approach to learning.We are looking to recruit dedicated Tutors on a temporary, flexible basis. The successful Tutor will be delivering engaging sessions in core subjects such as English, Maths, or Science, often on a 1:1 basis, supporting students with a range of needs including SEND, SEMH, or those at risk of exclusion.The successful Tutor will have:• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting• Strong subject knowledge (English, Maths, Science or other specialism)• Experience delivering 1:1 or small group interventions• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions• Strong behaviour management and communication skills• A patient, flexible and empathetic approach• The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with learners• A proactive can-do attitudeIdeally, you will also have:• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or a relevant degree• Experience ..... full job details .....
