These settings focus on engagement, inclusion and building positive relationships to help students re-engage with learning.We are looking for a SEND Tutor on a temporary basis to provide 1:1 tuition for students within alternative provisions. The successful SEND Tutor will be supporting learners with a range of additional needs, delivering personalised sessions and adapting learning to meet individual EHCP targets and academic levels.The successful SEND Tutor will have:• QTS, PGCE or relevant tutoring qualification• Experience working with children or young people with SEND such as ASD, SEMH or behavioural needs• Experience delivering 1:1 tuition or intervention support• Strong behaviour management and engagement skills• A patient, adaptable and resilient approach• The ability to plan and deliver tailored learning sessionsIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process• Guaranteed Payment Scheme Terms and Conditions apply• CPD Courses and certificates as part ..... full job details .....
