This role supports learners who are currently outside of mainstream education, often due to additional needs such as autism, SEMH, behavioural challenges, or medical needs. The focus is on re-engaging pupils with learning, building confidence, and supporting their individual educational journey. Tuition is typically delivered on a 1:1 basis within the pupil''s home or in suitable community settings, with fully personalised sessions designed around each learner''s needs.
