Many of the young people you will support have been out of formal schooling for a period of time, so patience, encouragement, and a flexible teaching approach are essential.This role is ideal for experienced teachers or tutors who are looking to step away from the traditional classroom and focus on meaningful, individual support.Prospero Teaching will work closely with you to support pupil progress and ensure positive learning outcomes.
