      <description>Location: Sefton | Salary: 25.00-25.00 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Prospero Teaching is looking for a Specialist SEND Tutor to join our team in the Sefton area!The OpportunityWe are seeking experienced and qualified tutors and mentors to deliver tailored 1:1 support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role combines academic tuition with mentoring. Tutors will deliver core curriculum subjects while also supporting students with essential life skills, including CV writing, future planning, and developing confidence through activities and trips within the local community to encourage social integration. As you''ll be supporting students with a range of additional needs, applicants should have previous SEN experience and a strong understanding of how to adapt learning to meet individual needs.
