The successful tutor will have experience supporting secondary-aged learners with SEND and/or SEMH needs and will be confident adapting their teaching style, pace and resources to meet individual learning needs. You will create a calm, positive and supportive environment where the learner can build confidence, develop their skills and re-engage with education. Experience supporting young people with anxiety, school avoidance, disengagement or challenging behaviour would be highly desirable. This is an in-person tutoring role and is not online work.
