We are looking for an experienced SEND Tutor to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to KS3 and KS4 pupils with high needs and complex additional needs.This role will predominantly involve working with pupils outside of a traditional school setting, delivering tailored 1:1 tuition in the home or community. You will play a vital role in helping young people who are unable to access mainstream education make meaningful academic and personal progress.Please note: You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. This is an essential requirement for the role, with no exceptions.The RoleDeliver personalised 1:1 tuition to KS3 and KS4 pupils with high and complex SEND.Plan and adapt lessons to meet each pupil''s individual learning needs and EHCP outcomes.Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress.Work closely with families and education professionals to provide consistent support.Record progress and provide regular feedback following each session.The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience tutoring or teaching pupils with complex SEND.Strong understanding of differentiated learning and behaviour support ..... full job details .....
