This role involves supporting children and young people who are unable to attend mainstream education due to a range of additional needs. Many learners have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) , Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) . Your role is to provide tailored academic support while helping learners rebuild confidence, engagement and positive learning habits. The Role Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition in the learner''s home or an agreed community setting, such as a library. Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs, abilities and EHCP outcomes. Support learners with core subjects, helping them make academic progress at a pace that suits them.
