Key Responsibilities Deliver predominantly face-to-face tuition (with some online sessions where required) to children and young people with SEND Plan and deliver bespoke, learner-centred lessons that promote engagement and progress Set and review SMART targets to support academic and personal development Design targeted interventions to support both emotional and educational needs Maintain safeguarding responsibilities in line with policy and best practice Provide regular feedback on attendance, progress, and behaviour following each session Conduct appropriate risk assessments to ensure safe learning environments Participate in ..... full job details .....
