About the Role As a 1:1 SEND Tutor in Bishop Auckland, you will provide individualised face-to-face tutoring designed to help students re-engage with education, improve their English and Maths skills, and develop confidence in learning. Sessions are delivered in-person within community spaces, alternative education provisions, or sometimes at the learner''s home, depending on their needs. We are currently working with a student in year 7 who is struggling with the transition to Secondary school due to SEND needs, and requires 1:1 tuition for 10 hours per week (Afternoons) in their English and Maths and require a student to start ASAP.
