Visa sponsorship is not available for these opportunities.Quantum Scholars is expanding its Alternative Provision services across Somerset and is looking to build a strong network of SEND Tutors, Mentors, LSAs, Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, Pastoral Support Staff, and SEND Support Workers across Yeovil and the surrounding area ahead of anticipated growth from September 2026.We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who are passionate about supporting young people who may be struggling to access mainstream education. This role may also appeal to classroom teachers seeking a change from traditional school settings or supply teachers looking for more flexible and personalised work.The learners we support often present with a range of needs including SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, medical needs, behavioural challenges, and school avoidance.
