The service currently has approximately 35 live SEND appeals and is looking for an experienced Tribunal Manager to take ownership of the function, provide oversight across complex cases and help drive improvements across the service. This role requires someone with extensive hands-on SEND Tribunal experience who can confidently manage complex appeals from start to finish, whilst providing leadership and support to the wider Tribunal function. Crucially, you must have previous experience representing a Local Authority at SEND Tribunal hearings.
