SEND Team Manager

The Assessment Team Manager post is required to provide immediate operational grip and line management oversight within the SEND statutory assessment team.

The role will support improvement in statutory timeliness by overseeing assessment allocations, tracking progress against statutory deadlines, unblocking delays and ensuring decisive management action where cases are at risk of drift.

We require an experienced manager with no less than 1 year proven leadership within a local authority.
