SEND Team ManagerLocal Authority - North WestRate of pay - 450 per dayLocation - Fully RemoteWe are seeking an experienced SEND Team Manager to lead a dedicated team supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).Job Description:Oversee a team of officers delivering child-centred, inclusive SEND services.Ensure compliance with statutory frameworks, including the Children and Families Act 2014.Work collaboratively with families, schools, education providers, and multi-agency partners to improve outcomes.Lead on quality assurance, performance monitoring, and resource management.Drive service development, strategic planning, and workforce growth.You will play a key role in shaping an effective, responsive service that empowers children and young people to thrive and achieve their potential.We are looking for someone with:Strong leadership and team management experience.In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and practice.Local Authority Experience Referral scheme worth up to 250 when you recommend a colleague we successfully place.To apply, email or call Dane on (phone number ..... full job details .....
