SEND Team Manager We are seeking an experienced SEND Team Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of SEND statutory processes within a defined geographical area and/or for a designated cohort of children and young people.Location: West MidlandsDuration: Initial 3-month contractHours: 35 hours per weekRate: 65.70 umbrella per hour ( 50 per hour (PAYE exclusive Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and compliant delivery of statutory SEND services, working in line with legislation, legal guidance, and local authority performance targets. Key Responsibilities:Lead the coordination and delivery of SEND statutory processesEnsure full compliance with relevant regulations and statutory dutiesApply tactical and strategic decision-making to improve outcomes for children and young peopleProvide robust, evidence-based decision making across complex casesUndertake rigorous analysis and synthesis of written and case informationManage and control allocation of resources through demand-led budgetary systemsSupport the achievement of local authority performance targets and service standardsRequirements:Proven experience in a senior SEND leadership role within a local authority settingStrong understanding of SEND legislation, statutory frameworks, and guidanceExperience managing complex casework and service delivery pressuresAbility to interpret data, assess risk, and make defensible decisionsStrong financial awareness within demand-led ..... full job details .....
