Assisting with classroom learning, emotional regulation, and personal development. Delivering personal care with sensitivity and respect. Working alongside teachers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. What we re looking for: Previous experience working in SEND settings is essential.Knowledge of ASC, ADHD, and strategies for supporting challenging behaviour is highly desirable.A patient, resilient, and caring approach.Confidence in providing personal care.
