We have day-to-day, short-term and long-term positions available across the Northwest area. Person Specifications: Looks to inspire young people in their learning and create a fun and engaging routine for pupils Confident in the classroom and able to use your own initiative Can work with teaching and SLT staff to remove learning barriers for pupils and create a safe and stimulating working environment Passionate about delivering fun and engaging lessons Desire to make a difference within educational settings Hold an up-to-date DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a full enhanced DBS check prior to placement. Key Responsibilities; Helping the class teacher engage pupils and for them to be able to access learning material Work on a one-to-one basis with pupil with SEND needs Work closely with school SENDCo to assess learning and SEMH needs on classroom and enact strategies and resources aimed to pupils regulate themselves in a school setting Monitor and manage pupil behaviour in line with school ..... full job details .....
