We are recruiting a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a well-established SEN school in the Cannock area, offering full-week availability.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is caring, adaptable and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport students with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD and complex learning needs).Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans.Assist pupils with classroom tasks, personal care (if required) and emotional regulation.Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.Promote independence, engagement and confidence in all pupils.
