We work exclusively with over 65% of schools in the area. Currently, we are working in partnership with a school in the Maghull area who are recruiting for a Year 3 Teaching Assistant from September 2026.Your new role This Teaching Assistant job will involve working on a 1:1 basis with a Year 3 student with additional needs. Duties for this job will include: Following the EHCP recommendations for the student to ensure their individual needs are met Providing targeted support both in and outside the classroom Working closely with the class teacher to ensure the lessons are accessible for the student in your care; preparing resources and teaching materials Working closely with the classroom teacher to report on pupil progress Providing regular feedback to the family to ensure home and school are working together in their support for the student What you''ll need to succeed  A minimum of six months experience working with children with additional needs Excellent communication skills Sound knowledge of KS2 Curriculum Confidence in managing challenging behaviour is essential for this role.What you'...</description>
