      <description>Location: Huddersfield | Salary: &amp;pound;98.00 - &amp;pound;110/day | Type: Temporary | SEND Teaching Assistant – Visual Impairment (VI) Support    Huddersfield | Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary    September 2026 Start    £98 - £110 per day (depending on experience)   PK Education are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with visual impairments within a specialist provision attached to a secondary school in the Huddersfield area.  This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in September and would suit an individual who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs to access education and achieve their full potential.   The Role:    Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with visual impairments.  Supporting students both within mainstream lessons and specialist provision areas.  Assisting with the adaptation of learning resources to meet individual needs.  Promoting independence, confidence and engagement across the curriculum.
