This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and young people with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The Role As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs. You may work on a one-to-one basis or with small groups, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs while encouraging independence and promoting positive behaviour.
