The Role We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are: Experienced in supporting children with SEND Flexible and confident in adapting to a variety of needs and routines Proactive, using initiative to support learning in the classroom Based locally in the Oldbury area or able to commute easily Level 2 or Level 3 qualification for Teaching Assistants- Not Health and Social Care Key Responsibilities Your role will include: Supporting pupils with severe and complex needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assisting the class teacher with individualised learning activities Supporting pupils with communication, engagement, and personal development Helping to maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment Working Pattern This position is offered on a daily supply ..... full job details .....
