The Role We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are: Experienced in supporting children with SEND Flexible and confident in adapting to a variety of needs and routines Proactive, using initiative to support learning in the classroom Based locally in the Oldbury area or able to commute easily Key Responsibilities Your role will include: Supporting pupils with severe and complex needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assisting the class teacher with individualised learning activities Supporting pupils with communication, engagement, and personal development Helping to maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment Working Pattern This position is offered on a daily supply basis, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
