They pride themselves on a warm, nurturing, and inclusive ethos, with a strong emphasis on personalised learning and creating a safe environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential.The RoleWe are looking for Teaching Assistants who are:Experienced in supporting children with SENDFlexible and confident in adapting to a variety of needs and routinesProactive, using initiative to support learning in the classroomBased locally in the Oldbury area or able to commute easilyLevel 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching and LearningKey ResponsibilitiesYour role will include:Supporting pupils with severe and complex needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groupsAssisting the class teacher with individualised learning activitiesSupporting pupils with communication, engagement, and personal developmentHelping to maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environmentWorking PatternThis position is offered on a daily supply basis, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
