The successful candidate will work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to provide tailored support both within the classroom and through targeted interventions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEND.Assist students with their academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.Support the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and individual learning strategies.Adapt resources and activities to meet individual learning needs.Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals where required.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveExperience working with children or young people with SEND, either in a school or similar setting.A patient, caring, and resilient approach.Strong ..... full job details .....
