The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.Whether you are an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant or have transferable experience working with children and young people, we would love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:Providing individual and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.Supporting children to access the curriculum and engage in classroom activities.Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement appropriate support strategies.Encouraging pupils to develop their confidence, independence and social skills.Supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour and wellbeing.Adapting learning resources and activities to meet individual needs.Helping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning ..... full job details .....
