About the Role   Supporting students with SEN needs, helping them to engage with lessons and develop positive coping strategies.  Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to create a structured and supportive environment.  Using de-escalation techniques and a positive approach to behaviour management.  Building strong relationships with students to help them achieve their potential.  Requirements:   Experience working with children and young people within the past 2 years A fully enhance DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one Previous experience working with SEND students Teaching qualification is highly desireable  Pay & Opportunity Pay: £95–£115 per day, depending on qualifications and experience.
