This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, sensory needs, physical disabilities and learning difficulties. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop independence throughout the school day.
